Join us on a fully guided day trip from Te Anau, to Milford Sound and return. which includes a 4 hour cruise, which is the longest cruise on the fiord, and 2 guided dives.

you and a few
With only 10 people per trip, Tawaki Adventures will take were no other cruise boat will.
And for the divers, we'll pick great dive sites to suit whether you're newly qualifed or not.

and for the non divers
There is so much to see on the fiord, the sights are just as amazing above the water. Being a smaller boat we are able to get in closer, so passengers are able to disembark and take a short walk to the bottom of one of fiordlands outstanding waterfalls.
There is also the option of snorkeling.

the vessel
The Kiri-Waipai is an 11m purpose built Stabi Craft, which can take up to 10 people. You will have the best seat in the house, we go were the other cruise boats don't, and with our great crew you will have a fun time. (Yes, there is shelter if it rains).

safety
First aid and oxygen kits, together with a 2-way radio are carried on every trip, and all dives are planned to enable you to safely leave Milford, by road, the same day.

homeward bound
We will have time to explore the Milford Road, take photos, go for a walk, and even involve you in some conservation of this World Heritage Area, ( or you can just snooze).

All divers must have completed a recognized dive course, and bring their card to the pre- dive briefing before we set off.

Don't forget your lunch, a drink bottle, shower gear, sunscreen, insect repellent. (we'll provide: good quality dive gear, hot soup, cookies and 2 friendly, informative guides.)
